2 stars for the chicken because it's better then KFC, -3 stars for the staff because as much as they mess up my drive through order (maybe 1-6 they get it right), makes me believe there is no active drug testing at this location. Seriously, I order the same thing through the drive through every 3-4 weeks: #2, fries, ranch, roll, LG soda and instead of gravy add in some ranch. Either they put in mashed potatoes instead of fries (wrong), add gravy instead of ranch (wrong) etc etc. And when you tell the staff about it, they act like your the one wrong and messed it up. If you enjoy paying money to be treated lippy by a drug addict, this is the place for you but can tell you, the chicken isn't that good for that level of service (fast food or not).

My wife, my brother and I ordered a family meal at 7:15pm. While waiting i noticed the staff was setting up over 50 meal boxes they were fixing meal boxes.
20 minutes had passed, more people ordered and cars from the drive thru went by. I don't know what we were thinking, the time had hit 8:15pm still no food, sooner people actually turned away.
I looked, they had enough staff to get that function order and fill the dining room orders. There were 2 employees walking around doing nothing.
At 8:20pm a lady asked for a refund and the corporate number.
They gave her a refund, but said they didn't know the corporate number and she should go online and find it herself. She snatched the receipt from who I believe was the manager.
Sometime before that my wife changed our order for carry out. Since w did that we asked for an additional cup for my mother. The manager said no problem.
At 8:30 we received our food, and went to my mom's and when we started getting out the food they forgot our green beans. My wife had called the Chicken Express corporate number.
They agreed with every point she made and will have a representative. This was our worst visit ever. -

Hands down, the Worst fast food establishment in big spring. If I could give less than one star I would.

Sitting in line. First never got asked what drink we wanted but that's fine, we can tell her at the window! But we've been waiting for 15 minutes and there's literally only one car in front of us and NO ONE INSIDE! Then some random car drives up next to us and the lady working here runs out, stops making our order and GIVES HER FRIEND A FREE DRINK while we've been waiting forever. We just had a bad encounter at dennys (check out the reviews, we aren't the first, there's tons) and we come here even more starving! This is a shit hole town with ppl who don't know how to work or serve! Customer service sucks! Ppl are rude and dirty. Seriously. Wtf. Trashy trashy and don't recommend any place here for anyone! I recommend you bring groceries from home! Oh, and employees have no uniform because this one young kid working here is walking around with his fkn PANTS down and boxers showing. This is a RESTAURANT! Who can I call about this, it's disgusting. I asked for a manager and the lady at the window fought with me, so rude. Scared to come back. OH don't forget this other girl in a white tee threw out the trash and walked back in started serving food WITH NO GLOVES

Extremely dirty. The service was very sloooooow. We ordered chicken livers on 2 plates. They had to cook up fresh but when livers were out they were doing current orders while we set and waited. We requested are money back and will never go there again.
